We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time for you to change into your spa attire as well as relax in our lounge prior to your service. Arriving early ensures that you will enjoy the entire spa experience. We also invite you to enjoy a complimentary 30 session before or after your treatment in our Infrared Sauna, based on availability. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service.
Appointments are required for spa services and walk-ins will be accommodated on an availability basis only. We require a credit card to reserve all appointment times.
Please advise us if you have a gender preference for massage or body treatments. We recommend not shaving prior to all body treatments.
Guests receiving any facial services must inform the aesthetician of any medication use including but not limited to topicals, Accutane, retinol, or Vitamin A.
You will be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire. The information provided will be kept confidential and is used to help determine treatment appropriateness.
Spa guests receiving any 60 minute treatment or more are invited to relax in our heated infinity pool or soak in our whirlpool Jacuzzi. Pool access is limited to one guest per service. Please ask your receptionist for more information.
Please avoid heat, deep pressure therapies and the whirlpool Jacuzzi tub. Most of our treatments can be modified for expectant mothers. Please notify your therapist.
A locker will be provided for you during your spa visit. The Spa at Dolphin Bay is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend that you secure valuables elsewhere prior to your arrival.
We are grateful for your business and request that you keep scheduled appointment times. We also understand that unforeseen changes to schedules occur. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. Beyond a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment without proper notice, no show or missed appointments will require full payment of services.
To maintain the peacefulness of the spa and as a courtesy to other guests, cell phones and other electronic devices are prohibited within the spa facility.
In order to help preserve the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere that we continuously strive to maintain, we welcome guests over the age of 10 to The Spa. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent and a parental consent form will be required for all guests under the age of 18.
Resort guests may charge spa services to their suite. Major credit cards and cash are also accepted. Gratuities for therapists are left to the discretion of each guest.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, exchanges for most retail items will be honored with a spa credit within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept returns for any apparel or jewelry that appears to be worn. Skin Care Items with broken packaging or seals are non-returnable.
