Sean Damery

Sean Damery leads the Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa's acclaimed team, oversees the ongoing enhancements of this luxury property and ensures a 5-star guest experience that the oceanfront, all-villa resort is known for.

Damery brings a wide range of experience from over 20 years of working in the hospitality industry. Prior to his arrival at Dolphin Bay in 2008, Damery served as the Director of Operations at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, where he successfully spearheaded the property’s quest to achieve the Mobil Four Star rating. With his attention to detail, he also was responsible for implementing daily spa programming and classes; revising all hotel offerings and amenities, and working directly with the Sales team on marketing programs. In addition, Damery served on the Board of Directors for the Monterey County Hospitality Association and was a member of the Government Affairs Committee.

Damery's experience also includes Director of Rooms Division and Activities at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa during its 150 million dollar renovation and achievement of the coveted AAA Five Diamond hotel rating; Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai, Hawaii; and vast restaurant, banquet and bar management experience. Sean resides on the Central Coast with his wife Lauren, son Elliott and daughter Isabella.
