Check-in is at 3:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the full deposit (1st night plus taxes and fees). A 7-day cancellation policy applies for all major holiday weeks. Advance Purchase Rate reservations are entirely non-cancellable.
Spa guests must be 18 years or older. Fitness Center access is limited to guests 12+ (children ages 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
All condos feature central heating and do not have air conditioning, with the exception of the 3-Bedroom Condo, which is the only unit on the property equipped with air conditioning.
Dog-friendly in select condos only (intent must be disclosed upon booking). Maximum of 3 dogs per condo. Cats, birds, and reptiles are strictly prohibited. A non-refundable fee of $70 per night applies. Dogs are welcomed with a dog bed, a branded tennis ball, treats, and waste bags. Pets are welcome to join guests on the outdoor restaurant patio, where a dedicated dog menu is available; however, pets are not permitted inside the restaurant dining room, pool area, or spa. Pets must be leashed in public areas and should not be left unattended in condos. Emotional Support Animals are not considered ADA service animals and remain subject to the nightly pet fee and pet agreement.
One-bedroom condos comfortably sleep up to 4; two-bedroom condos sleep up to 6. Queen-sized sleeper sofas are provided in living areas.
A deposit of the first night's room rate plus taxes and fees is required at booking.
Complimentary valet and self-parking are included in the nightly resort fee.
A daily Resort Fee applies (covers Wi-Fi, parking, bottled water, popcorn, hot cocoa, lawn games, and beach/pool accessories). A 20% gratuity is automatically applied to all in-room room service orders. A $70/night deep-cleaning fee applies to guests bringing pets.
