We invite you to join us for Cooking School at Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa; a unique dining experience led by Lido Restaurant’s Executive Chefs Jacob Moss and Maegen Loring. Held in our private event penthouse or outdoors on Fireside Patio, our chefs will demonstrate how to utilize a wide variety of seasonal ingredients and provide you with the knowledge to duplicate the meal again at home. The evening concludes with a multi-course, wine or craft brew paired meal based upon the chef’s presentation.

Each class starts at 5:30pm with time to meet Chef and your fellow classmates. The instruction begins at 6:00pm with dinner directly following. Guests enrolling in a cooking class may reserve a suite for the night at a special rate.
