Lido Restaurant and Lounge is Dolphin Bay’s signature dining room. The mesmerizing ocean view provides the perfect backdrop for a casually elegant dining experience. Come and sit on our Lido Patio and experience the most spectacular sunsets the Central Coast has to offer while overlooking our dramatic bluffs.Executive Chef, Evan Treadwell, has perfected his California Coastal, Wine Country Cuisine. You will find that he showcases a variety of world class products that can be found right in our backyard. He has developed relationships with local farmers who provide produce freshly picked from their fields as well as with local ranchers and artisans so that he can provide the freshest and most natural cuisine to your table.
With over 300 wineries from the Santa Maria and Santa Ynez Valleys as well as from the Paso Robles and Monterey appellations, we have countless exciting and unique local wines to pair with Chef Evan’s cuisine.

Sunset Hour Join us every weekday from 4pm-8pm for drink specials in the Lido lounge. Complimentary pizzettas are served until 6pm.
Wine Tasting Tuesday Every Tuesday afternoon from 5:30-6:30 pm, join us at the Lido Restaurant for a wine tasting sponsored by Central Coast wineries. Chef Evan Treadwell provides sumptuous hors d'oeuvres to compliment these fantastic wines and live music sets the mood. $12 per guest
Champagne Brunch Enjoy a three course plated brunch ocean side, which includes complimentary mimosas overlooking the scenic Shell Beach Bluffs. Saturday and Sunday, 10am-2pm $29 per guest
