Join us in Pismo Beach for an intimate cooking class with Lido Restaurant's Executive Chef, Brian Collins. Experience the passion and expertise that Chef Brian has demonstrated for over twenty years and enjoy this unique learning experience followed by a decadent dinner paired with notable local wines. The Central Coast’s finest cooking school offers this series of special culinary evenings that showcase the rich bounty of the San Luis Obispo County.
Each class starts at 5:30pm with time to meet Chef Brian and your fellow classmates. The instruction begins at 6:00pm with dinner directly following. Guests enrolling in a cooking class may reserve a suite for the night at a special rate.
