Inspired by the vast selection of premium, locally produced foods & wines, Chef Evan leads Dolphin Bay’s culinary program. With over 20 years of experience as an acclaimed Chef, Evan has developed and honed his passion for California Coastal Cuisine.

With Chef Evan’s expertise, the cuisine at Lido Restaurant is always prepared and served elegantly and to perfection. He ensures that our Fireside Grill has casual, poolside options to suit all of our guests. Chef Treadwell also develops the dishes offered for our special events and has created a unique learning atmosphere for our Cooking Classes!

Chef Treadwell’s diligent efforts have earned him recognition within the industry. In 2007 & 2008, Lido Restaurant was awarded Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence for it’s diverse wine list. Sante’s Culinary Award for “Innovative Regional Restaurant” was given to Lido, undoubtedly for the unique style that Chef Treadwell places on each dish. In 2008, he won the Central Coast Iron Chef Award and led his culinary team to win the honor of “Best New Restaurant” by local patrons.
