We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time for you to be able to change into your spa robe and slippers as well as relax in our lounge prior to your service. Arriving early ensures that you will enjoy the entire spa experience.
Appointments are required for spa services and walk-ins will be accommodated on an availability basis only. We require a credit card number to reserve all appointment times.
Please advise us if you have a gender preference for massage or body treatments. Also, avoid shaving prior to all body treatments.
Guests receiving any facial services must inform the aesthetician of any medication use including but not limited to topicals, Accutane, retinol or Vitamin A.
You will be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire. The information you provide will be kept completely confidential and is used to help us determine treatment appropriateness.
Spa guests receiving any 60 minute treatment or more may take advantage of our pool pass. Relax in our heated saline infinity pool or soak in our whirlpool. Daily spa pass is limited to one guest per pass. Ask our receptionist for more information.
Please avoid heat, deep pressure therapies, and the whirlpool jacuzzi tub. Most of our treatments can be modified for expectant mothers. Please notify your therapist.
A robe and Okabashi slippers will be provided to you for use while at the spa. Undergarments are optional during treatments.
A locker will be provided for you during your spa visit. La Bonne Vie is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We therefore recommend that you secure valuables elsewhere prior to your arrival.
We are grateful for your business and request that you keep scheduled appointment times. We also understand that unforeseen changes to schedules occur. Therefore, we require a minimum of 8 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
Less than 8-hour cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment without proper notice, no show or missed appointments will require full payment.
Arriving late for your scheduled appointment may inconvenience other guests and could result in a shortened treatment time with full charges being applied. It is often not possible to extend treatment times beyond original scheduled ending time.
To maintain the peacefulness of the spa and as a courtesy to other guests, cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices are prohibited within the spa facility.
We welcome guests over the age of ten to the spa with our signed parental consent form. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent. This is to help preserve the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere that we continuously strive to maintain. A parental consent form will be required for all guests under the age of 18.
Please inquire at the reception desk about gift certificates, which are available for all services.Gift certificates are available for all treatments or any dollar amount.Please purchase online or at the reception desk.We would be happy to help you select an ideal gift.
Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests.For your convenience, envelopes will be provided at the front desk.
Resort guests may charge spa services to their suite. Major credit cards, cash, and local checks are also accepted. Gratuities for therapists are left to the discretion of each guest.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, exchanges for most retail items will be honored with spa credit within 14 days of purchase.We will not accept returns for any apparel that appears to be worn.Make-up is non-returnable.
